Isaiah Bonyo is a seasoned Land Economist, Valuer,Market Research and Feasibility Study Expert and Property & Facilities Management expert with over 13 years of experience in the real estate sector. As a Director at Kenval Realtors (E.A) Limited, he brings a wealth of knowledge in property valuation, estate management, and land economics across multiple regions, including Kenya, Rwanda, Tanzania, Ethiopia, and South Sudan.
Isaiah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Land Economics from the University of Nairobi and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Business Administration at the same institution. His professional credentials include being a Registered Valuer under the Valuers Registration Board (VRB), a Full Member of the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya (ISK), and a Licensed Estate Agent and Property Manager.
Beyond his extensive valuation expertise, Isaiah has played a key role in shaping industry standards. He has served as Chairman of the Finance and Audit Committee at ISK since 2016 and has contributed to the development of key property management frameworks, including the ISK Blue Book, which guides property valuations and estate agency practices in Kenya.
Throughout his career, Isaiah has led valuation projects for high-profile entities, including the African Union Commission, various government institutions, multinational corporations, and private developers. His work spans valuation for audit, mortgage, purchase, and compulsory resettlement purposes, making him a trusted professional in the field.
