As the Managing Director of Kenval Realtors (E.A) Limited, he has played a pivotal role in leading valuation teams, overseeing large-scale property assessments, and delivering expert consultancy services across Kenya, Rwanda, and Tanzania.
Jeremiah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Land Economics from the University of Nairobi and is a fully registered Valuer under the Valuers Registration Board, a Full Member of the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya, and a Registered Estate Agent. His expertise spans real estate valuation, asset appraisal, property management, and financial consultancy for private and public sector clients.
Throughout his career, he has spearheaded high-profile valuation projects, including work for international organizations such as the United Nations, the World Bank, and multinational corporations. His extensive portfolio includes valuations for audit, insurance, mortgage, privatization, and investment purposes, covering commercial properties, hospitality establishments, and government assets.
Before co-founding Kenval Realtors, Jeremiah held senior leadership roles, including serving as a Director at Gimco Limited, where he managed residential and commercial property consultancies. His experience also includes valuation assignments for financial institutions, government agencies, and major hospitality brands such as the Serena Group of Hotels and Hotel Intercontinental.
