Kenval realtors is a registered valuer company with a valuers’ registration board after undergoing mandatory and vigorous tests of education, training, and competence practice. Our company abides by the land act, 2012 no. 6 of 2012. We evaluate land at a very affordable price and help our clients to understand the true meaning of land valuation and site valuation since many clients may confuse land valuation and site valuation. We also help in looking into any flaws or defects with the property that may affect its value in the market. We also help our partners to also learn about property demand hence the property value appreciates in addition to land appreciation factors like minerals found on the land or any other valuables that may hinder. We also help them understand that the position and location of the property can have a direct influence on the value. For example, property based in an urban area is likely to have a high value compared to the property based in a rural area and also nearness to social amenities.
